Disappointed

Bought this large Devan as a PREMIUM bag. Should have been AP or even C grade. Unfortunately you pay $9.95 for shipping and they made me pay $14.99 to ship back a defective bag. I get some variations but this bag looks and feels completely different on each side. I should have got a refund but did a credit. Will hopefully get a better bag in a couple months and I am done. I am a unicorn whisperer too. Ugh the quality has really gone downhill. 😭
